Vermont International Academy provides an academically rigorous college-preparatory program designed to support students who plan to pursue higher education, including those interested in collegiate athletics.
Students intending to participate in intercollegiate athletics in the United States may be required to register with the NCAA Eligibility Center. The NCAA Eligibility Center evaluates academic eligibility based on coursework, grades, and graduation requirements.

The VIA academic program includes core courses in English, mathematics, science, and social studies that align with the structure of traditional U.S. high school academic programs. Students complete required academic credits and maintain official transcripts documenting course completion and grades.
Students interested in NCAA athletics are encouraged to plan their academic schedules carefully to ensure they meet eligibility requirements.
